Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States only, for now. We cannot ship outside the US yet.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship the next business day and arrive in 4 to 7 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
$5.99 for orders under $50. Free for orders of $50 or more.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. We pay all import duties before your parcel reaches you. If a carrier ever asks you for a duty or customs fee, do not pay it and email us. If you already paid, send us the receipt and we will refund it.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is added at checkout only where your state requires it. Our prices include import duties, not sales tax.
Are the products real and fresh?
Every product arrives factory sealed with an English label and its full ingredient list. We check expiry dates before every order ships.
Are your products approved by the FDA?
The FDA does not approve cosmetics before they are sold, for any brand. We follow the US cosmetics rules, including English labels with full ingredient lists. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not meant to treat any condition.
What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
Read the full ingredient list on each product page and patch test on your inner arm for 24 hours before first use. Stop using a product if it irritates your skin.
Can I return something?
Yes, unopened and sealed items within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened items, unless they arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. Then we refund or replace them and you do not need to send them back.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email photos of the item and the box to hello@hueandharbor.com within 7 days of delivery. We will refund or replace it, usually within 2 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships. Email us as soon as you can with your order number. Once it has shipped we cannot change the address or cancel it.
How does the 10% first-order offer work?
Sign up with your email and we send you a 10% code for your first order. It can be combined with a creator's 5% code.
What are coins?
You earn 1 coin for every $1 you spend. 100 coins take $5 off. Coins unlock 14 days after delivery. See the rewards page for all the ways to earn.
Which payment methods do you take?
Major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.
