Review rules

In shortEvery review on our site comes from a real customer. We show every star rating, good or bad, and we never pay for a positive review.

Who can review

Only customers who bought the product from us. Reviews are marked "Verified buyer". Our team, their families and our creators cannot review our products.

What we publish

We publish every review, whatever the star rating. We do not edit what you write. We only remove a review if it has personal details, hate speech, spam, links, content about a different product, or medical claims such as saying a product cures a condition. The same rules apply to 1-star and 5-star reviews.

Coins for reviews

You get 25 coins for a review, whatever you say and whatever rating you give. Reviews that earned coins are labeled so other shoppers know.

Ratings from India

Some products show a rating from Indian shopping sites, because the product is new to the US. These are always labeled with where they come from and are kept separate from our own US reviews.

Videos and creators

Creators who earn money from us must say so in every post, for example with #ad. Customers who get video cashback must say they got cashback. We follow the US Federal Trade Commission's rules on reviews and endorsements.
