Shipping and duties
Short answerWe ship to the US only. Shipping is $5.99, or free from $50. Orders ship the next business day and arrive in 4 to 7 business days, with import duties already paid by us.
How it works
- You order. We pack it the next business day (Monday to Saturday, India time).
- It flies from India with a tracked courier. We pay the import duties before it lands.
- A US carrier delivers it to your door. No fee to pay on delivery.
Duties and taxes
The price you pay includes all import duties and customs fees. Sales tax is added at checkout only where your state requires it. If anyone asks you to pay a customs or duty fee on delivery, do not pay it and email us. If you already paid it, send us the receipt and we will refund you in full.
Delays
If we cannot ship your order within the time we promised, we will email you with a new date and give you the choice to cancel for a full refund. Customs checks or weather can sometimes add a few days. We will keep you posted.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your parcel shows delivered but you cannot find it, email us. After we check with the carrier, we will reship your order or refund it. If it arrives damaged, send photos within 7 days of delivery and we will refund or replace it.
Address mistakes
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the right address. We may ask you to cover the second shipping cost.
