Returns

Short answerUnopened, sealed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. Then we refund or replace them and you keep the item.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Email photos of the item and the box to hello@hueandharbor.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number. We will refund or replace it, usually within 2 business days. You do not need to send it back.

Unopened items

1. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We reply with a return approval and our US returns address.
3. Send the items back unopened, with their seals intact. Return shipping is paid by you, and we suggest a tracked service.
4. Once the items arrive and we check them, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days.

What we cannot take back

• Opened, used or unsealed items, for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
• Items returned without a return approval, or sent to our office in India.
• Gift cards.

Kits, coins and cashback

A kit can be returned as a whole if every item in it is still sealed. Coins earned on a returned order are removed. If you got video cashback on an order, that amount is taken off your refund.
