Rewards and creator program terms

These terms cover coins, refer a friend, video cashback and the creator program run by ABES E-COM LLP ("we") on hueandharbor.com. They are part of our terms of service. You must be 18 or older and live in the US to take part. We can change or end these programs with 30 days' notice by email. Coins you have already unlocked stay usable for at least 30 days after any change.

1. Coins

You earn 1 coin for every $1 you spend on products, after discounts and not counting shipping or tax.
You also earn 25 coins for a review of a product you bought (one per product) and 50 coins on your birthday if it is saved in your account.
Coins stay pending until 14 days after delivery. If you return or cancel an order, its coins are removed.
100 coins = $5 off a future order. Coins have no cash value, cannot be sold or moved to another account, and cannot be used on gift cards.
Coins expire if your account has no order for 12 months in a row.

2. Refer a friend

Your friend gets $5 off their first order of $25 or more, using your personal link.
You get 200 coins once their order passes 14 days after delivery without a return.
Up to 10 rewarded referrals a year. Referring yourself, a second account, or using coupon sites is not allowed.

3. Video cashback

Post a public video on TikTok or Instagram showing you using a product from your order, after it is delivered. Send the link from your rewards page within 30 days of delivery.
Your post must say you got cashback, for example "#ad" or "got cashback from @hueandharbor", and tag @hueandharbor.
You can say anything you honestly think. The cashback does not depend on a positive opinion.
Do not claim a product treats, cures or prevents any condition.
We check videos every day. Once approved, we send 20% of that order's product total back to your original payment method, up to $5, within 24 hours. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
One cashback per order. The video must stay public for 30 days. If it is removed early, or you return the order, the cashback is taken off any refund or future payout.
You keep ownership of your video. By sending it, you let us share it on our site and social accounts with credit to you. You can ask us to stop at any time.

4. Creator program

Approved creators get a personal link and code. Followers get 5% off, which can be combined with our 10% first-order offer.
You earn 15% commission on the product total (after discounts, not counting shipping or tax) of orders placed within 30 days of someone clicking your link, or using your code.
Commission is confirmed once the order's 14-day return window closes, and paid by PayPal every 2 days. You are responsible for taxes on what you earn. We may ask for a tax form (such as a W-9) before paying.
Every post must clearly say it is paid, for example #ad or "I earn from this", at the start of the caption or said out loud in the video. This follows the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).
No medical claims, no fake reviews, no bidding on our brand name in search ads, and no posting codes on coupon sites. Breaking these rules can end your membership and cancel unpaid commission.
Approved creators also get one free product a month to film. Free products count as payment and must be disclosed too.

5. Fair use

We can cancel rewards, cashback or commission earned through fraud, fake accounts, self-referrals or breaking these terms, and close the related account. Questions: hello@hueandharbor.com.
