Terms of service

These terms of service ("Terms") apply to your use of hueandharbor.com (the "Site") and any purchase from it. The Site is operated by ABES E-COM LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India ("Hue & Harbor", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our privacy policy, refund policy, shipping policy and rewards and creator program terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and have a shipping address in the United States to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account login safe.

2. Products

Our products are cosmetics and personal care items. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on the Site, including the Journal and the quiz, is general information, not medical advice. Read the full ingredient list and directions before use, patch test, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Talk to a doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a skin condition.

We try to show products, colors and ingredients accurately. Packaging may change by batch, and colors may look different on your screen. If there is a difference between the Site and the product label, the label is correct.

California Proposition 65: where a product requires a Proposition 65 warning, it is shown on the product page and on the product or its packaging.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include US import duties. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the payment is declined, or we suspect fraud or reselling. If we cancel, we refund any amount you paid.

5. Discounts, coins and programs

Discount codes and offers have their own conditions, shown with the offer. Our first-order 10% code can be combined with a creator's 5% code. Other codes cannot be combined unless we say so. Coins, referrals, video cashback and the creator program follow our program terms. We may cancel rewards gained through fraud or abuse.

6. Reviews, videos and other content you submit

When you submit a review, photo, video or other content, you confirm it is your own honest experience, it is about a product you actually used, and it does not break anyone's rights. You keep ownership of it. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, copy and share it on the Site, our social media and our ads, with credit to you where practical. You can ask us to stop using it at any time, and we will stop within a reasonable time for future uses. We moderate content under our review rules, which follow the FTC rules on consumer reviews and endorsements.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site. This includes trying to hack or disrupt it, scraping it, posting false or misleading reviews, using bots to buy products, or buying products to resell them without our written permission.

8. Our content

The Site's design, text, photos and logos belong to us or our licensors. Brand names and trademarks of the products we sell belong to their owners. You may not copy our content for commercial use without our permission.

9. Disclaimer

Except for the promises we make in these Terms and our policies, and to the extent the law allows, the Site and products are provided "as is", and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of the US state where your order is delivered. You may bring a claim in the courts of that state or in small claims court. This does not take away any consumer protection rights you have under the law of your state.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
