We ship your kit within 24 hours of video 1 going live. Delivery to the US is duties paid.
How it works
From application to payout, usually 3 to 4 weeks.
What you earn
Your agreed rate, a bonus if a video beats your usual numbers, and commission that keeps paying.
Pay
Your average is your last 10 posts. Commission is counted after each order's return window.

When you get paid
- Each video's pay lands in your creator account the day we approve it
- It unlocks 30 days after that video goes live
- Then cash out anytime to PayPal or your bank
- Agencies can be paid directly
- We ask for a W-9 before your first cash out
Collab posts and ads
- Both videos go up as Instagram Collab posts with @hueandharbor, or the TikTok version
- You give us partnership ad access (Meta) or a Spark code (TikTok)
- We run your videos as ads from your handle for 12 months, included in your rate
- You keep ownership of your videos
Fair terms, both ways
The short version of the Partner Agreement.
What we ask
- #ad and the collab or paid partnership label on every video
- Your honest take, no medical or before-and-after claims
- Patch test before you use anything new
- Keep both videos live for 60 days
- Share insights on day 7 and day 30
- No other Indian beauty brand in the same video
What we promise
- Draft review for rules only, never your style or opinion
- One revision per video at most
- Kill fee of 25% if we cancel before you post
- Your rate stays private
- No other exclusivity, work with any brand you like
- Pay unlocks on a fixed date, no chasing invoices
If things go wrong
- No video 1: no kit and no pay
- No video 2 within 14 days of delivery: video 1 pay is lost
- A video taken down before 60 days: its pay is taken back
- Brand safety: either side can end the deal if the other harms its name
Good to know
- Harbor Partners cannot enter Hue Diaries in the same season
- You stay in the open creator program after your 2 videos
- Refer other creators and earn referral rewards
- Agencies sign the agreement with you
Questions
Do I pay for the kit or shipping?
No. Your kit and shipping from India are free, duties paid.
How is my rate set?
You tell us your rate in the form. We agree it on a short call, and it covers the video plus 12 months of ad use. It stays private between us.
Why is video 1 posted before the kit arrives?
It is a teaser. Your followers see you pick your kit and hear what the products promise, then they wait with you for the box from India.
What can I say in video 1?
How you chose and ordered, and what the products say they do, as written on the pack. No results, since you have not used them yet.
Will you change my script?
No. We only check drafts for the rules: the #ad label, no medical or before-and-after claims, and the right tags. One revision at most.
When do I get paid?
Each video's pay is credited the day we approve it and unlocks 30 days after that video goes live. Then you cash out anytime.
Do you pay anything upfront?
No upfront payment for Partner and Prime. For Icon creators, part payment upfront can be agreed and is taken off the first video.
How does the +20% bonus work?
If a video reaches twice your average views (your last 10 posts) by day 15, you get 20% of that video's rate on top.
How long can you run my videos as ads?
12 months, included in your rate. Each extra 6 months is 30% of your rate, only if you agree.
Do I need to live in the US?
At least half your audience must be in the US. We ship your kit to a US address.
Can I work with other brands?
Yes. The only rule is no other Indian beauty brand in the same video.
Can my agency handle this?
Yes. Your agency can apply for you, sign with you and receive the payout.
Can I also join Hue Diaries?
Not in the same season. You stay in the open creator program, so your 10% commission keeps going.
