Who can join?
The open creator program is for anyone 18 or older. Hue Diaries needs 1,000+ followers on Instagram or TikTok and a US address. Harbor Partners is for creators with 100k+ followers and a mostly US audience.
Can I join more than one program?
Everyone is in the open program. On top of it you can do Hue Diaries or Harbor Partners in a season, not both.
Do I have to buy anything?
Not for the open program or Harbor Partners. For Hue Diaries you buy one kit ($50 to $100) and get the full kit price back after your 4th video is approved.
How does my 10% code work?
Your followers get 10% off their first order with your code or link. You earn 10% of what they paid once their return window ends. Link clicks count for 30 days.
Do I have to say good things?
No. Say how it honestly felt, in your own words. We only check claims and the #ad label.
What has to be in every post?
#ad in the caption and said or shown in the video, a tag of @hueandharbor and the paid partnership label. Hue Diaries videos also use #HueDiaries.
What can I not say?
No medical claims like cures, treats or grows hair, no before-and-after claims, and no filters that change your skin or hair.
When do I get paid?
Video pay unlocks 30 days after the video goes live. Commission unlocks when the order return window ends. Unlocked money is paid out weekly.
How do I get my money out?
Everything goes to your Hue & Harbor cash balance. Cash out anytime from $10 to PayPal or your bank, or spend it in the store. We never pay to cards, and we cover normal payout fees.
What if I delete a video?
Keep every paid video live for at least 60 days. If it comes down earlier, the pay and bonus for that video are taken back.
When does Hue Diaries start?
Early applications are open now. Orders open 9 Nov, the main window runs to 23 Nov and late joiners can enter until 30 Nov. It is not open in Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska or North Dakota.
How are Hue Diaries winners picked?
A panel of judges scores your 4 videos on story, how you show the products in use and video quality. Views and sales feed the weekly leaderboard, not the main prizes.
How long does delivery take?
Kits ship from India with duties paid, usually in 4 to 7 business days. Nothing extra to pay at your door.
Do I pay tax on what I earn?
Yes, creator pay and prizes are income. We ask for a W-9 form before your first cash out.
