Hue Diaries: Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor is ABES E-COM LLP, trading as Hue & Harbor, Bhopal, India. Website: hueandharbor.com. Email: hello@hueandharbor.com.

2. Agreement to these rules

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules, the Creator Agreement and the decisions of the Sponsor and the judges, which are final on all matters about the contest.

3. Who can enter

You can enter if all of these are true when you register:

• You are 18 or older and a legal resident of the 50 United States or Washington, DC.
• You do not live in Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska or North Dakota.
• You have a public Instagram or TikTok account with at least 1,000 followers, with beauty, skin, hair or lifestyle content, and you have posted on it in the last 30 days.
• Your followers and engagement are real. Accounts with bought followers, views or likes are not eligible.
• You are not an employee, contractor, judge or agent of the Sponsor, or a member of their household or immediate family.
• You are not a Harbor Partners creator this season.

One entry per person, using one account.

4. Dates

All times are US Eastern Time (ET).

The Sponsor may approve registrations in batches and may close entries early if kits run out. Any such notice will be posted on the Hue Diaries page.

5. How to enter

1. Register on hueandharbor.com/pages/hue-diaries with your name, email, Instagram and/or TikTok handle, follower count, state, date of birth, one or two links to past videos and the kit you want.
2. Approval. The Sponsor reviews registrations within 2 business days and approves or declines them by email, based on section 3 and on whether the account fits the contest (relevant content, real engagement, content that suits the brand).
3. Sign the Creator Agreement online through the link in your approval email. You cannot buy a kit until it is signed.
4. Buy one kit through your one-time personal link, from 9 Nov 2026. Any one kit on the store priced $50 to $100. No other discount, code or coins can be used on this order.
5. Post your four videos as set out in section 6.

You are entered in the prize judging only when all four videos are approved.

6. The four videos

Delivery date is the date shown in the carrier's tracking. Every video must:

• Be 30 to 90 seconds, posted publicly as an Instagram Reel or TikTok video from the account you registered.
• Include #ad and #HueDiaries, tag @hueandharbor and use the platform's paid partnership label.
• Show the kit you bought and be your own original work. Music must be cleared or from the platform's licensed library.
• Give your honest experience in your own words, with no before-and-after claims, no medical claims (for example "cures", "treats" or "grows hair") and no filters or edits that change how your skin or hair looks.
• Contain nothing unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory or harmful, and nothing negative about other brands' products.
• Stay live and public for at least 60 days.

Submit each video in your creator dashboard with its link, the Partnership Ad or Spark Ad code and a screenshot. The Sponsor approves or rejects each video within 3 business days. A rejected video can be redone once, within 5 days. A video posted more than 7 days late is not paid but still counts toward entry if posted by 10 Jan 2027, 11:59 pm ET.

7. Creator pay

Pay for each video, the kit refund, bonuses and commission are set out in the Creator Agreement. They are payment for content and are separate from the prizes below. Creators who bring new creators through their creator invite link also earn referral pay, as set out in the Creator Agreement.

8. Leaderboard and weekly prizes

A public leaderboard at hueandharbor.com/pages/hue-diaries-live shows each creator's handle, points and videos completed. It goes live on 9 Nov 2026 and updates daily. Your handle is shown by default. You can opt out at any time by emailing hello@hueandharbor.com, and you will then appear as a creator number instead (for example, Creator #0412) within 1 business day. Opting out does not change your points, pay or prizes, and does not change the winner announcement in section 13.

Weekly prizes run for 8 weeks, Monday to Sunday ET, from 16 Nov 2026 to 10 Jan 2027. Each week, the three creators who gain the most points that week win: 1st $500, 2nd $250, 3rd $100, paid to their Hue & Harbor cash balance. Winners are posted each Monday for the week before. A creator can win a weekly prize at most 2 times. Points still count toward the total leaderboard. The leaderboard does not decide the main prizes in section 10.

Minimum for weekly prizes. All three weekly prizes are paid for a week only if at least 15 creators have a video approved during that week. If fewer than 15 do, only the 1st place prize ($500) is paid for that week.

9. Judging

Judging is based on skill and runs in two rounds.

Round 1 (11 to 15 Jan 2027). The Sponsor's team scores every eligible entry out of 100 using the criteria below. The top 200 entries, plus the 50 highest-ranked creators on the final leaderboard if not already included, go to the Final.

Final (16 to 20 Jan 2027). A panel of three judges scores the full four-video series of each finalist. Each judge scores on their own and the average score decides 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. The judges are Bhaskar, founder of Hue & Harbor, and two judges from beauty and content who will be named on the Hue Diaries page before 9 Nov 2026.

Views, followers and sales do not count in the Final. Ties are broken by the higher story and hook score, then by the earlier video 4.

Category prizes. When you submit video 4, you may choose up to 2 of the categories in section 10. The judges choose the best series in each category using the same criteria plus fit to the category.

10. Prizes

Categories: Best Story, Best 5-Minute Routine, Best South Asian Festive Look, Best Hair Day, Best First Timer, Best Unboxing, Best Honest Review, Best Glow, Best Body Care, Best Comedy.

The collab creator will be named once their agreement is signed. If no collab creator is signed by 20 Jan 2027, the 1st place winner gets $2,500 cash instead of the collab. The collab reel is filmed remotely and no travel is included.

A creator can win at most one of 1st, 2nd or 3rd place and one category prize. Weekly prizes are separate. Prizes cannot be transferred. Store credit has no cash value and follows the store's terms.

Minimum number of finishers. The amounts in the table above are paid in full if at least 200 creators finish, meaning all four of their videos are approved by 10 Jan 2027. If 100 to 199 creators finish, every cash and store credit amount in the table, except the weekly leaderboard prizes, is cut in half (for example, 1st place becomes $5,000). If fewer than 100 creators finish, those amounts are cut to one quarter (1st place becomes $2,500). The collab reel, or the $2,500 cash given if no collab creator is signed, is not reduced. The number of finishers is posted on the Hue Diaries page with the winners.

11. Winners and taxes

• Winners are told by email and must reply within 7 days, or another entry may be chosen.
• Before getting a prize, winners confirm their identity and sign a winner declaration and publicity release. Winners of $600 or more in a year also give a completed IRS Form W-9.
• Prizes are paid to the winner's Hue & Harbor cash balance within 30 days of the declaration being signed and can then be cashed out to PayPal or a bank account.
• Winners pay all taxes on their prizes. The Sponsor issues tax forms where the law requires.

12. Disqualification

The Sponsor may disqualify a creator, remove their points and withhold any prize if they:

• break these rules or the Creator Agreement, or give false information;
• buy or fake views, followers, likes or orders, or order with their own code;
• remove or edit a video within 60 days in a way that breaks section 6;
• post content that harms the brand, other creators or the public;
• try to cheat, hack or interfere with the contest.

13. Rights in your videos

You keep ownership of your videos. By entering, you give the Sponsor the rights set out in the Creator Agreement, including the right to share your videos and run them as ads for 12 months. Winners also allow the Sponsor to use their name, handle, image, city and state to announce the results, without extra pay, except where the law does not allow it.

14. Privacy

The Sponsor collects your details to run the contest, pay you and meet legal duties, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your handle and points are shown on the public leaderboard unless you opt out as set out in section 8.

15. Limits of liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for registrations or videos that are late, lost or not received; technical problems with websites, apps or platforms; carrier delays; or kits damaged in transit, which are replaced under the store's normal policy. To the extent the law allows, entrants release the Sponsor, its partners and the platforms from claims arising from the contest or a prize. Nothing in these rules limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

16. Changes

If fraud, technical failure or anything outside the Sponsor's control harms the fairness of the contest, the Sponsor may change, pause or end it and judge the eligible entries received up to that time. Any change will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.

17. Disputes and governing law

The governing law and how disputes are settled will be set out in this section before kits open on 9 Nov 2026. Until then, questions about these rules can be sent to hello@hueandharbor.com.

18. Winners list

For the list of winners, email hello@hueandharbor.com with the subject "Hue Diaries winners" after 31 Jan 2027 and before 31 Mar 2027. The list will also be posted on the Hue Diaries page.
